Your date is reserved once the service agreement is signed and a 30% non-refundable retainer is received. Dates are not held without a retainer.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Guest numbers and add-ons can be changed until then.
We serve responsibly and follow local licensing rules. We do not serve guests under the legal drinking age, and we may stop serving anyone who appears intoxicated.
The retainer is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of the event, the full balance is due.
The cart needs flat ground, about 2 × 3 metres, and a power outlet nearby. For outdoor events, please plan a covered back-up spot.
Travel within 30 km is included. Beyond that, a travel fee is confirmed in your quote.
